The following is not meant to “cause-a-pause,” but if you’re Kim K. or Beyonce, or anyone else mildly attached to her curves, washboard abs, or adulthood, then take this next bit slowly. All of the loose, carefree, billowing fabrics, all of those cute smocks, and all that layering we saw on the Spring runways are not about showing off those particular assets. Don’t worry, assets will always find their way back!
We’re so excited about unlayering and in some cases, nearly wearing nothing. Get those pretty bralettes and sassy undergarments out for Spring!! Super sheer fabrics in blouses and dresses and plastic jackets and capes have made their return from the 90’s! – And, speaking of the 90’s, you’ll want a hip little fanny pack and a pair of chunky sneakers, too! Put a little pep in your step or just borrow your dad’s old pair. You’ll need them if you’re planning to Spring Forward!
